This Privacy Policy explains how Peak Tours ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us, or that we collect, when you browse this website or make a booking. By using our website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described below. When you make a booking or enquiry, we may collect personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, the number and details of guests in your party, and any preferences or requirements you share with us (for example, dietary or accessibility needs). We also collect aggregate, de-identified information — data from which individual identities have been removed — which we use to understand and improve our website and services.
If you make a purchase, your payment details are entered into and processed by our third-party booking and payment provider. Peak Tours does not collect or store your full credit or debit card details.
We collect information directly from you — through our website forms, our booking system, and when you communicate with us by email or phone. Any information you include in those communications may be collected and retained.
We use your personal information only as permitted by law, including to: process and manage your booking; deliver the services you've requested; respond to enquiries and provide customer support; run our internal business operations; and, where you've agreed, send you updates and offers. Aggregate, de-identified information is used for statistical analysis and to improve your experience; it cannot be used to identify or contact you individually.
When you book, you consent to receive booking-related communications by electronic means — such as confirmations, tickets and follow-up emails — and, unless you opt out, our occasional newsletters and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of those emails.
